great location helpful staff clean room breakfast options
The location was great. It was close to everything. staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. the room was clean. the breakfast included many options, such as cereals and cooked items.
The bar closed quite early. It was at 10pm.

The staff, including jason, were cute and helpful. Nothing seemed too difficult for them. they provided quick and efficient service at all times. i appreciated their positive attitude.

Fantastic Stay!
clean rooms good variety cute staff
The rooms were really super clean and cozy. Breakfast included a good variety and tasted freshly cooked. Staff members were very cute so I appreciated their friendly efficient attitude.
The bar closed early at 10 pm which was slightly disappointing.

The room included all needed amenities for a comfortable stay such as a TV, shower, and kettle. Denise kept everything spotlessly clean and tidy so I felt very relaxed .

The team, led by Charlotte, acted quickly when my wife got locked in the room. Jason, the assistant manager, gave my wife a box of chocolates and management treated us to a meal that evening.

The hotel is dog-friendly as it allows dogs in both the rooms and pub. The recent refurbishment was done very well to a high standard and now the bar area looks great.

The breakfast served between 8 and 9 provided a lot of choice. The head chef, Ben, makes excellent food. I enjoyed the salt and pepper chips. They tasted superb.

Our double room with a private bathroom provided the perfect, tender space for our short escape. the included breakfast was amazing!!! It provided a good start to each day.

mixed experience
loud whirling noise sleepless night
the breakfast was quite adequate (i suppose).
room 8 was less than ideal. i woke up repeatedly because some appliance was in a cupboard within the room, constantly making a loud whirling noise. it kept me awake all night, and i was not happy.
