fantastic room and great amenities

new carpets clean room lovely staff large tv

i found new carpets in the rooms and they were clean. the new showers worked well. the staff was really lovely and helpful to all guests. free wifi was available and worked well. the large tv was a great addition to the room i stayed in.

i noticed some stock piled downstairs near the front door area.

the hotel is close to the train station it takes about five minutes. the city center is only fifteen minutes away if you decide to walk there. a car park is also within a short walking distance.

the room was spacious. it had tea making facilities. the tv worked. i liked that it was a short walk to the city center.

a simple delight

great hospitality designated spot

the receptionist showed great hospitality, guiding me to my room and demonstrating the key system. he also explained where to enter after hours and the designated spot for key drop-off at checkout. the inclusion of a sheet was a welcome surprise, as it was more comfortable than a heavy comforter. i loved the fresh air from the easily opened window.

the absence of an elevator posed a challenge. navigating the narrow, steep stairs was difficult with luggage.

the room was notably spacious and the bed provided great comfort. tea making amenities were available including an iron and ironing board. two chairs sat in the room. the tv functioned well.

staff members displayed friendliness, politeness and accommodation throughout my visit. the receptionist provided really good assistance. he demonstrated how to use the key and directed me to the after-hours entrance, an excellent service.

helpful staff clean room quiet atmosphere

The staff was kind and helpful upon my arrival, i found them to be consistently cheerful. the room was clean. The new carpets felt nice. i also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as i was not disturbed .

i found that the hotel lacked parking. i had to arrange parking elsewhere. this was somewhat inconvenient.

although breakfast wasn't included , many dining options are accessible. several pubs and food places are located nearby the hotel. this allowed for easy access to meals.

The double room included tea and coffee making facilities. ironing equipment was available, too. fresh towels were provided, and the tv was a good size. the bathroom was clean and well kept.
