Really good Experience
convenient metro cooked breakfast family restaurants
I found the breakfast delicious and extensive. The cooked breakfast offered a nice selection. A convenient metro stop provided easy access. Family-run restaurants nearby were a great find.
I found the air conditioning insufficient. It struggled to keep the room cool, even on the lowest setting.

adequate stay but some issues surfaced
ineffective air conditioning uncomfortable stay
the air conditioning did not effectively cool the room at all. even with the lowest setting activated it failed to provide sufficient relief from the heat. this resulted in an uncomfortable stay since the temperature was high. i found it difficult to relax or sleep well because of this

efficient delivery spa highlight excellent service
i experienced efficient car delivery and collection. the spa was a definite highlight, providing true relaxation. the staff exhibited excellent service, showcasing clear dedication to guest satisfaction. i especially liked the useful doggie gift.
internet access in my room proved unreliable. i reported it, but the issue persisted without resolution. i had to relocate to the lobby to check my email and complete essential work.

the location presented easy access to nearby areas. it suited my requirements for a central base.
i found breakfast disappointing for this hotel. the selection seemed limited and the quality did not reflect expectations given the price point. the lack of attention to detail noticeably affected the overall experience.

grateful stay in quiet location
kind staff birthday surprise excellent breakfast good service
i appreciated the kind staff, very accommodating . the birthday surprise in my room was lovely. the breakfast offered excellent choices, and the margarita at the bar was perfect. i also ordered room service once and found it good.
the spa was very small. however, i still enjoyed the other facilities that were available.
