charming stay
central location breakfast spread friendly staff
the hotel location is really central, a real plus for exploring. the breakfast spread included chocolate cakes and fresh bread, yum. the staff was friendly, they helped me when i needed something. the room was always clean, i thought it was great.
i could hear some street noises, not a major issue for me.

the hotel is next to the national ceramic museum, so i went there easy. it is also a short walk to the metro and the shopping centre. you could walk to many places of interest, that's what i did.

breakfast included a wide variety of options, so i always find something to eat. they have a coffee machine that makes a great coffee. i sat outside and drank a sangria, it was lovely. reception team helped me.

the room was big, i had enough space to move. it faces the Museo Nacional de Cerámica and had a view. the room was cleaned every day, it was helpful. i slept very well.

amazing experience!
clean room twin beds excellent service excellent location
I cannot say enough good things! the room was clean, it featured two comfortable twin beds perfect for a restful night. the staff offered excellent service and were fluent in both spanish and english. i really enjoyed the excellent location. It made exploring the city so easy!!!
the door stop was awkwardly placed in the middle of the bathroom, i nearly stubbed my toe!

the hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee facilities directly in the room. there is a beautiful outdoor seating area overlooking the ceramic museum which is perfect to relax. the decor throughout the hotel is beautiful and creates a luxurious atmosphere.

this hotel is super central and a few steps away from the main square which is wonderful. the hotel is also conveniently located near a supermarket just across the street, perfect for picking up essentials. many shopping options are available nearby.

the staff was friendly and professional. breakfast included plenty of choices. the reception staff was also helpful when i required assistance navigating the local area, and they offered recommendations.
