i just loved that the hotel is located close to the city of arts and sciences.. it is also just across from corte ingles and aqua mall. the staff were always helpful and so patient even when busy. it was easy to get around, order food, and the breakfast and pool bar and food were excellent. the rooftop solarium was my favorite.. i took full advantage to watch the sunset.

i noticed some areas needing a little attention. the absence of more detailed cleanliness and upkeep in certain areas was quite visible and detracted a little from the overall ambiance.

the bedroom was quite spacious, providing ample room for maneuverability. the bathroom also featured a good size. the room included a well-stocked mini bar and effective air conditioning! a selection of toiletries was available in the bathroom. the location near the arts and science park proved beneficial.

i booked only one night and hoped for a slightly later check-out, but it came with an extra cost.

The hotel's location was excellent for visiting the local attractions. The roof terrace had great views, but could use some improvements. I appreciated that the room was modern and clean. The shower was spacious, and the television was large.

I found that the music at breakfast was a little loud.

I found the staff helpful and friendly. They promptly addressed all my needs. The hotel offered a very clean and modern environment. I appreciated Belén going out of her way to. Her service was excellent. The pool area provided a nice space for relaxation.
