laundry damage lack of compensation
the location was acceptable, right in the historic center.
the hotel damaged my clothing in their laundry, frustrating. they refused to compensate me for the loss. the manager provided misleading information regarding the situation (i have documentation as evidence).

clean room a la carte breakfast central location staff shortage expensive food damaged clothing
the room was a double room it was clean and well maintained the breakfast was a la carte i found that quite nice the location was very central it allowed easy access to many attractions.
i noticed a lack of staff especially at the reception area the food at the restaurant was expensive i think it was not worth the price the laundry service damaged some clothing it was quite disappointing.
