I found the noise level unacceptable. the thin windows in my room, 501, let in all the street noise. walls were also thin. I could hear conversations in adjacent rooms.

The location was amazing! i could easily walk to most attractions and the train station was nearby. the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially with directions. my room had a nespresso machine, which i used every morning, and i received a welcome bottle of wine. Such a nice touch.

The noise from the street was quite loud, even with the double glazing. It continued late into the night! this was disruptive.

The hotel is located near the train station and many restaurants. Tapas bars surround it. i appreciated the easy access to buses. This made exploring very simple. everything was so close.

The reception staff was professional and friendly. They provided helpful information. housekeeping kept the room very clean! staff was helpful with luggage storage after checkout. i felt very welcomed.

My room included a safe. I felt secure storing my valuables. wi-fi worked well throughout the hotel, including in the room! it was a good connection, and it was free. I could work easily.

Breakfast offered a good variety with sausages, ham, and cheese. There were fruits too! several juice options were available. the croissants were delicious. This made the mornings better.
