a GEM in the city center

i found the location excellent. it was REALLY central. the rooms had a wonderful comfort. breakfast included a good selection, really. the staff seemed helpful, and i appreciated their assistance with directions.
some small noise came from nearby streets, but it did not bother me much.

the staff offered helpful directions and were generally attentive. i saw quick responses to requests. the reception area looked clean and well kept, reassuring. CHECK-IN was efficient.

fantastic experience

the shower was amazing it had two shower jets operating simultaneously the breakfast offered a good selection of food and drinks i found an iron hairdryer and minibar readily available in my room. the location was great offering easy access to restaurants tapas bars and city attractions
the gym was closed without prior notice this was disappointing as i specifically chose this hotel partly for its fitness facilities

the hotel included an underground car park available 24 hours this offered convenient parking the rooms had air conditioning ensuring a comfortable temperature i appreciated this feature especially during warmer days.

the hotel is situated right in the city center this central position made exploring the area easy a metro station is just a short walk away providing excellent transport links throughout the city.

the reception staff were friendly and helpful they answered questions patiently and assisted with travel arrangements staff offered a complimentary upgrade which was a nice surprise the service was generally polite and very professional.

the location is central. it is near the city center and many tourist attractions. the room i stayed in was spacious. it included a fridge and a minibar.
the breakfast experience was not great. the food selection was limited. the quality wasn't as high as i hoped. my room lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear noises from both the street and neighboring rooms.

the location was excellent. it was very central. most tourist attractions were within easy walking distance (i loved discovering the city on foot). the staff were helpful and friendly.
the walls seemed thin. i could easily hear noise from other rooms and the hall. there was only one small trash bin in the room. the bathroom lacked a toilet brush.

the hotel is centrally located on a quiet street. it's a short walk to the main square for early morning taxis. the beds and linens were AMAZING!!! i also appreciated the minibar. the front desk service was very nice.
there were cigarette ends outside my window, not ideal at all. i feel the refurbishment needed a bit more consideration.
