The room offered ample space, perfect. i appreciated the separate toilet and shower room. It proved useful. i also liked the quiet, air-conditioned room, it really helped with restful sleep.

The front door had some cigarette butts and rubbish around. It wasn't a great first impression.

i found a nearby carrefour in the westfield euralille shopping centre, it offered a better breakfast at a lower cost. the hotel breakfast seemed a bit expensive at 19 euros per person for a continental selection.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and quite accommodating. they were particularly responsive when i requested a cot. i was impressed with how smoothly they handled luggage storage. It was very convenient.
