great selectionrude staffawful food
the breakfast had a great selection to start the day.
the staff seemed instantly rude. i was charged an additional amount for city tax i was not told about. the food choices were scarce and awful, i wouldn't have fed it to my dog!!!

The reception staff was really helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of options (I liked the pastries!). The location is a short walk to the city center. The hotel offers secure parking.
The gym equipment is a bit outdated.

worn bathroombroken faucet
the room i was given had issues. the bathroom looked worn , and the shower faucet needed repairs , which was annoying. there was also a strange smell of smoke , maybe from someone smoking nearby. i found the door to the next room unlocked , and though staff tried to fix it , the lock didn't work , and that felt unsafe.

The staff provided efficient service. The room had everything in order for sleeping, nothing was missing. The room was perfectly clean, I appreciate that aspect. The location near buses and trams was convenient.
The bathroom looked quite worn. The shower faucet needs some repair soon. I noticed this aspect .
