i found the staff friendly and helpful. the room had air conditioning and wide beds, i liked this. i found the breakfast was good with a variety of options. the hotel location was convenient for walking to the city center.

the room didnt have a fridge, this was a slight inconvenience.

Convenient Stay Near the City Center

friendly staff breakfast variety clean room

I found the staff friendly and helpful . The breakfast offered plenty of choice, including gluten-free bread upon request, a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the room's cleanliness and that it had a desk and a chair.

The parking was totally unsuitable for anything bigger than a Mini, it was very tight, so watch your wheels. i say lift but it's REALLY a one person lift.

The breakfast included various options such as boiled eggs, omelets, cheese, and sausage. A selection of toasts, croissants, juice, water, coffee, and fresh fruits like apples, pears, and bananas were available. I thought the HEINEKEN beer was perfect and reasonably priced.

Reception staff were lovely! They printed off new tickets when train arrangements changed. Housekeeping staff were very helpful when i forgot to put out the 'please make up the room' sign. Staff provided help when needed.

The room was compact, yet well-equipped, and VERY clean. Beds and pillows were comfy. The room had air conditioning. it was set to 22 degrees Celsius for environmental reasons. The bathroom included a shower with good water pressure.

i found the location provided excellent access to the city center. the secure underground car park was especially useful for my motorbike. the breakfast room was spacious and well stocked, and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!

The staff offered friendly service! Marcia really were very good too correct my reservation error with such kindness! The breakfast selection provided a varied and satisfying start to each day. The underground car park gave secure and convenient parking.

I noticed the stairs and lifts was a bit old. this did not affect my overall experience.
