The location is PERFECT! It is super central, just next to the Westfield mall. Everything is within walking distance including shops, restaurants, and the train station. The staff were lovely and helpful. I found on-site parking easy to navigate. The room was also surprisingly spacious with complete kitchen amenities.

There was no temperature control in the room, made regulating the room temperature a bit difficult. The hotel seemed a bit dated. It could benefit from some upgrades to improve its overall condition.

Though I did not dine IN the hotel, many restaurants and cafés are easily accessible due to the AMAZING location. A large selection of cuisines are available within a short walk from the hotel.

The provided kitchenette includes cutlery and crockery, which greatly facilitates meal preparation. An iron and ironing board are in the room, nice for garment care. On-site parking is available traveling by car.

The staff are quite friendly and helpful, which contributes to a cute atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient. Luggage storage is available after check-out for added convenience.

i stayed on the 10th floor and the city view was lovely. the sunset view was also great. the kitchenette allowed us to buy food and relax in the room. the hotel's value was quite good.

i noticed some protective boarding inside the lift because of roof work.

the apartment had a kitchen with a dishwasher, quite useful. there is on site parking, but the access is narrow through the underground tunnel. the door closes quickly, so caution is needed.
