The location was central. It was very close to major attractions. The staff were always ready with helpful suggestions. I loved the breakfast. It featured a variety of genuine, fresh products. The restaurant provided both good breakfast and nice dinner options. The room was tastefully decorated. It provided a comfortable relaxing space.

The refrigerator in the room was not so efficient. It took a bit longer for drinks to cool down. A minor inconvenience for such a lovely stay.

the hotel looked nice. the rooms were stylish and modern, it is true.

i booked a beautiful double room with a balcony, but the balcony was tiny. it barely fit one chair and overlooked a rather dull courtyard. i expected more space.

perfect stay in sicily

comfortable bed warm welcome beautiful courtyard

I found the welcome very warm and the check-in process smooth. the beds are comfortable, a really important feature for me. the hotel courtyard is beautiful. I especially liked the green leaves and pink flowers. i really enjoyed dinner at the hotel. The atmosphere was very nice there.

helpful staff generous breakfast uncomfortable room broken refrigerator

the location was great the staff were attentive and helpful. breakfast was generous and well-set out it meant i could skip lunch.

the air conditioning didn't work well at all it was uncomfortably warm in my room. the refrigerator in my room also didn't work well they replaced it and it was better but still not cold.
