spacious room helpful staff luggage assistance
The room felt VERY spacious. It easily accommodated three adults. The staff escorted me to an annexe near the main building. A staff member even helped with my luggage. That was nice.
Paper cups were provided for hot drinks, NOT IDEAL.

a mixed experience. some issues noted
bathroom floor temperature control
My stay presented a few concerns. the bathroom floor looked not fully cleaned on arrival. there were also issues with the room's temperature control. I could not regulate it properly. this made the room uncomfortably warm at night, despite my attempts to adjust the thermostat. the experience was not what i expect, and i hope these points receive attention.

friendly staff good advice smaller room paper cups
i really liked how friendly the staff are. anna helped me with my parking and gave great advice on places to eat. her colleague sonia also helped. breakfast was good, and i liked the pastries. barbara and alana were so nice and even loved on my black lab, which i appreciated.
the room i booked was supposed to be 32 square meters but i ended up with a smaller, older room at 24 square meters. i wanted to change rooms, but they said my room was still a superior room even at that size. also, they only provided paper cups for hot drinks and didn't have a magnifying mirror.

Central Location with Excellent Breakfast
comfortable beds fresh coffee
I found the beds and pillows comfortable. The barista prepared fresh coffee at breakfast. It was a very nice touch. I appreciated the option to arrange hire car services through the reception staff, simplifying travel arrangements.

The rooms in the annexe were particularly well-appointed with large bathrooms. Plenty of space was available. The body cream was a nice added bonus, and towels were very soft. The room was cleaned very well.

The hotel is in a great location. It is near bus lines 101 and 102. The bus runs from the train station. A five-minute walk takes you to the Politeama stop with airport bus access.

The breakfast included fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and bread. They even had cannoli with cream in a pastry bag for self-filling. It was a nice, local touch. I must add that it was really good.

room terrace breakfast options noisy elevator separate building
The room had ample light as I had a double room with a terrace. Breakfast offered a good range of options (I especially liked the fresh fruit).
The triple room was not in the main building. It was actually in a building a few minutes away. The building had an old, noisy elevator. I found that a bit concerning.

friendly staff wonderful breakfast convenient parking
I found the staff very friendly and professional at reception. the breakfast offered many wonderful options. the hotel also has convenient parking. The area can be busy. they helped us with our car, which i really appreciated.
I did find a slight negative, one room smelled bad. But we got another one at the second floor, this one was better. i didn't really appreciate this, but it was fixed very fast.

The hotel sits in a central spot. Bus stops are nearby. this makes getting around the city straightforward. It is pretty easy to reach from the airport. it's also walkable to many attractions. but the area around the hotel is very busy.

My room was quiet and spacious. the room also featured air conditioning. I thought it worked very well. the bathroom was modern. there was also a hot water kettle with coffee and tea in the room. these small details are very helpful.

the breakfast buffet offered various options. the breakfast area was really clean. coffee and pastries tasted very good. i appreciated that. the bistro offers space to dine. but the area is a bit crowded in the mornings.
