I found the beds and pillows comfortable. The barista prepared fresh coffee at breakfast. It was a very nice touch. I appreciated the option to arrange hire car services through the reception staff, simplifying travel arrangements.

The rooms in the annexe were particularly well-appointed with large bathrooms. Plenty of space was available. The body cream was a nice added bonus, and towels were very soft. The room was cleaned very well.

The hotel is in a great location. It is near bus lines 101 and 102. The bus runs from the train station. A five-minute walk takes you to the Politeama stop with airport bus access.

The breakfast included fresh vegetables, fruits, cheese, and bread. They even had cannoli with cream in a pastry bag for self-filling. It was a nice, local touch. I must add that it was pretty good.

The room had ample light as I had a double room with a terrace. Breakfast offered a good range of options (I especially liked the fresh fruit).
The triple room was not in the main building. It was actually in a building a few minutes away. I found that a bit concerning.

I found the staff very friendly and professional at reception. the breakfast offered many wonderful options. the hotel also has convenient parking. The area can be busy. they helped us with our car, which i really appreciated.
I did find a slight negative, one room smelled bad. But we got another one at the second floor, this one was better. i didn't really appreciate this, but it was fixed very fast.

The hotel sits in a central spot. Bus stops are nearby. this makes getting around the city straightforward. It is pretty easy to reach from the airport. it's also walkable to many attractions. but the area around the hotel is very busy.

My room was quiet and spacious. the room also featured air conditioning. I thought it worked very well. the bathroom was modern. there was also a hot water kettle with coffee and tea in the room. these small details are very helpful.

the breakfast buffet offered various options. the breakfast area was really clean. coffee and pastries tasted very good. i appreciated that. the bistro offers space to dine. but the area is a bit crowded in the mornings.
