The hotel staff were friendly. The restaurant provided some of the best food I had in Italy. The toiletries smelled good, and the cleaning staff were also friendly.
The room did lack lotion, conditioner, and robes. The decor was basic. The mattress did not feel of high quality.

the jasmine covered walkway had such a sweet fragrance. i found the detailed advice given by the reception staff about public transport very helpful. the bus stop is almost directly outside the hotel gate. it's linea c, it follows a circular route, and there is just one bus stop, not two. the reception team, angela, chiara, and matteo, were friendly and helpful, and the whatsapp service was useful. the hotel has a sister hotel that residents can visit. i enjoyed dinner in the hotel, accompanied by a piano player. the grounds are fine and give a great relaxed feel. the hotel has great facilities, and the swimming pool is perfect. the walk to the private beach is a 10 minute walk, with another 10 minutes to the center of town. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel is impeccably maintained and quiet. the service was attentive to every need. the room was very clean with sweet smells throughout. the beach club and private beach are great, and the water views are gorgeous.
