Diplomatic Suites accommodate up to four guests, including a living room with a sofa bed, two twin beds on request, a desk, and a dining room with four chairs. Main bedrooms feature a double bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. Presidential Suites (160 sqm) on the 4th floor include a large living room, dining room for eight, solarium access, and access to the Roof Top Bar. Family Rooms include two independent bedrooms and a private terrace. Economy single rooms, Double rooms with French bed are also available.

The hotel provides a buffet breakfast with Sicilian specialities, eggs, fresh fruit, cold cuts, and homemade pastries and jams. Ai Tetti Restaurant offers Sicilian dishes by chef Francesco Inzerillo, using quality ingredients and following the slow food philosophy. Ai Tetti also features a wine list, with an independent area for private meetings for up to 30 attendees. Tarallo Bar serves snacks and cocktails. The Roof Garden features a private terrace and a meeting area.

Eurostars Centrale Palace is a five-minute walk from Palermo's Cathedral. The Albergheria area and Ballaro Street Market are nearby. The Roma-Lattarini bus stop is a 4-minute walk, and Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans train stop is 15 minutes away. Palermo-Punta Raisi Airport is a 40-minute drive (35 km).
