Eurostars Centrale Palace offers 104 rooms, including family rooms, double superior rooms, diplomatic suites, and junior suites. Rooms feature a classic style, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and plasma TVs. Diplomatic Suites accommodate up to four guests, including a living room with a sofa bed, two twin beds on request, a desk, and a dining room with four chairs. Main bedrooms feature a double bed, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. Presidential Suites (160 sqm) on the 4th floor include a large living room, dining room for eight, solarium access, and access to the Roof Top Bar. Family Rooms include two independent bedrooms and a private terrace. Economy single rooms, Double rooms with French bed are also available.

Dining Options

The hotel provides a buffet breakfast with Sicilian specialities, eggs, fresh fruit, cold cuts, and homemade pastries and jams. Ai Tetti Restaurant offers Sicilian dishes by chef Francesco Inzerillo, using quality ingredients and following the slow food philosophy.
