central location friendly staff helpful personnel

the hotel is next to four corners. i found it easy to walk to most attractions from here. the front desk staff, especially stefania, were friendly. they were very helpful .

the electric plugs are old. many of them did not work. the locations of the plugs were also inconvenient in the room.

the hotel's location was acceptable.

The noise level was too high. I could hear everything from the street. the staff had some difficulty with english, made communication challenging. it was difficult to find someone to understand my requests.

The location is totally amazing! it was just a short walk to all the main sights. the rooftop restaurant was beautiful, and i had an wonderful dinner there. breakfast was also very good. It included eggs, fruit, and breakfast rolls including a baked apple in red wine! it was just amazing!!!

taxi transport breakfast selection central location

the staff assisted with taxi transport and holding bags after checkout. the breakfast selection contained everything i needed. the building's location is convenient and central (i was close to many attractions).

the hotel parking is difficult to access and only accommodates small cars.
