The staff proved friendly. The room was large and very comfortable. I loved that the team helped coordinate transportation to and from the airport. It made travel easy!

The hotel had polyester pillows. I think every luxury hotel should have down pillows, but this was not the case here. The breakfast service proved slow at times. I had to ask repeatedly for coffee.

welcome staff attentive staff smooth experience high recommendation

the staff made sure i felt welcome from the start. everyone was very kind and attentive. they ensured everything went smoothly . the staff didn't rush me, even when it was closing time. they are highly recommended!

the street noise at night was a little loud, even with the double glazing.

loud street poor insulation

I was excited about the stay, but some aspects fell short. The street noise was quite disruptive. Even with the double glazing, revving engines persisted all night. The room's insulation was also lacking. I could hear the neighbors quite clearly. These disturbances impacted my sleep, a significant issue for me.

I found issues with the noise levels . Street noise infiltrated the room despite the double glazing. I noticed the absence of tea and coffee facilities unless specifically requested. A feature I expect as standard in hotels of a similar class.
