excellent central hotel
convenient location wide variety free access
The location is undeniably convenient. The hotel is a short walk from the station. access to the marienplatz is very easy. the breakfast offered a wide variety. There were many options available. free tea and coffee access throughout the day was a great addition.
the mattress and pillows were quite hard, making sleep a little uncomfortable.

The room was conveniently located and tidy. it featured comfortable beds, along with effective air conditioning. I found this quite satisfactory and suited for a comfortable stay after a day in the city.

the breakfast buffet included a great selection, even close to the end time at 10:30. the coffee quality was acceptable. a variety of yogurts were available. service personnel were attentive in the dining area.

the hotel is situated very close to major sightseeing spots. metro and tram stations are nearby. i could reach various destinations quickly. the proximity to the city center enhanced my overall experience.

the free mini bar was a pleasant bonus, replenished daily. it contained water, beer, cola, and apple juice. access to free tea and coffee was continuously available. i did not use the hotel's bicycles though they are available.

breakfast buffet luggage storage clean room sparse room missing information
The breakfast buffet was really good. I especially liked the fresh-squeezed orange juice. There was also plenty of space to store my luggage. The room was clean and nicely designed (it felt very cute).
The room was a bit sparse for my taste. It reminded me of a dorm room. I wish the hotel had told me about it ahead of time.

loud knock do not disturb
the minibar was included. it had free drinks in it and this was a lovely surprise!
the cleaners disturbed me on both mornings i stayed. on the first morning, they knocked loudly when i was still asleep at 8am. the next morning, they ignored the do not disturb sign i placed and knocked again. one of my rooms had not been locked overnight and the cleaners actually came into the room while i was in bed!!!
