Excellent Stay at Prime Location

modern room complimentary minibar rooftop bar

I found the rooftop bar to be a highlight, providing lovely views with complimentary refreshments. The room was modern. It had a very clean design. I appreciated the complimentary mini-bar stocked daily. The hotel facilities were great, the housekeeping did a fantastic job.

The elevator moved slowly, causing waits during busy times.

Staff at reception were friendly and professional. They catered well. Housekeeping did a fantastic job, keeping the suite very clean. Phillip, the operations director, provided excellent help with managing the group.

The location was central. It allowed easy access to many amenities. Bakeries and Mareinplstz are within walking distance. The surrounding area is safe, which I noticed, the metro is a short walk away.

lovely touch comfy bed restful nights great views

the complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch. It got refilled daily. my room felt so quiet and the bed was comfy, great for restful nights. i enjoyed using the drink vouchers at the rooftop bar. it offered a nice perk with great views.

the elevator was slow. we sometimes waited a bit during peak hours.

The sauna was a great addition to the hotel. I liked the complimentary drinks in the minibar (beer was available). The staff was friendly and helpful when I asked for directions.
