I was underwhelmed by the room. It was quite small and dark. The room service order was not what one expects from a five-star hotel. There was no menu for wines by the glass. Confusion arose when speaking on the phone.

The reception staff are very helpful. they assisted us with renting a car and our luggage. the breakfast buffet is amazing. It has freshly cooked options and a large selection. the spa pool is large and warm, perfect for swimming.

the rooftop bar is in an odd location. the bar is through the spa. some signage would be useful, i think.

The reception staff was accomodating. They helped us with renting a car and our luggage. the hotel valet was available with bags brought up to the room. the staff is polite and efficient with requests.

It was a excellent experience overall. the room i stayed in were spacious. the hotel location is a highlight. It's situated near the city center. they were great, always ready to assist with a smile.

they put a mixture of room pictures, with very new and some old pictures, they gave us a ugly motel-looking room in the oldest part of the building. they did not offer anything to cover for their mistake.
