The room temperature was uncomfortably high. I found it difficult to sleep. i spoke with the receptionist but received no assistance. no manager contacted me despite assurances, and i felt ignored. This lack of responsiveness was frustrating. the inadequate heating was also disappointing.

staff members were helpful and friendly, a plus. The breakfast was great and had a good selection. I enjoyed that it was served in a timely manner. The menu had options for many dietary needs.
THE room was too warm. I had trouble sleeping because of this. The receptionist could not help much when I told her this. I think there should be better solutions available.
