charmed stay!

great location helpful staff nice breakfast

I found the location great. It was close to two metro stations, s-trains, and a tram. the staff was very nice and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast was also quite nice, with a good selection of items available, it charmed me!

the gym did not have enough machines, it felt overcrowded at peak times.

the lobby presents as inviting and clean, it is decorated nicely. corridors are well kept and clean, i found this quite excellent. i noticed that room cleaning is upon request, offering flexibility .

the apartment felt spacious and modern, it had ample room to move around! i appreciated having a washing machine in the room. the bathroom design included the shower separate from the sink and toilet.

The hotel is centric to the area, it made exploring easy. karlsplatz and marienplatz are within a short walking distance, which i loved. being near the main attractions made sightseeing convenient. I really appreciate it.

the location was convenient, really close to everything.

I had booked a room with a kitchen. there was not a proper table to eat at. It was a struggle. we had one chair, two stools, and an armchair, totally unsuitable for dining. the kitchen was underequipped, missing a coffee machine, only a kettle.

the location was acceptable, giving convenient access to transport links.

the room i was allocated was not what i expected. it seemed smaller than advertised and the decor felt quite dated. furthermore, there was a noticeable lack of sound insulation from the busy street outside, impacting sleep quality..

convenient location streetcar line decent breakfast slow app access difficult checkout physical key

The location was convenient to many sites. rathaus-glockenspiel and frauenkirche were within walking distance. a streetcar line was also nearby. breakfast was okay as well. I was grateful for that.

the mobile app access was sometimes slow. it took several minutes to open doors. carrying luggage while using the app at checkout was difficult. a physical key card would be much easier.
