The location was really convenient. It was easy to walk to the train station and the cathedral. The proximity to the river area MADE it a beautiful walk. Breakfast included a good selection.
THE room was not properly cleaned. Upon arrival, the floor looked dusty. I developed a rash after the first night. Even when we requested a room cleaning, it was not properly vacuumed.

The location was acceptable. It was easy to reach the city center.
Our room was not clean, I saw stains on the sheets, and there was dust everywhere. We only stayed one night so I was disappointed by this. the room was very warm, and I tried changing the temperature but it didn't work.

the breakfast BUFFET had a very good variety of items.
the air conditioning was not effective, resulting in an uncomfortably HOT room. the check-in service felt impolite. i also found the hotel lacked a general sense of friendliness from staff.

comfortable bednice showerhygiene problem
the room had a decent size with a nice shower. the beds felt very comfortable.. breakfast included a huge assortment of various items, all tasty.
the hotel was possibly the most below-average hotel i have ever stayed in. from check-in to check-out, every station seemed understaffed.
