city center nice touch
The room came with a complimentary bottle of water. I found that a nice touch. the location allows for a beautiful walk toward the city center (it reminded me of a lovely stroll).
the bathroom was a bit small and could have used a bit more space.

Wonderful stay!
clean room friendly staff convenient location
The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff members were very friendly and helpful (i appreciate their effort!). I was able to leave my luggage after checking out, which allowed me to enjoy a river cruise before going to the airport. The location is convenient, placing the Lindt museum and other attractions within easy reach.
I found that the hotel looked a little outdated.

The hotel provides luggage storage which is really useful who arrive early or have late departures. There are vending machines available for drinks and snacks, with a quick solution for refreshments. An elevator provides access to all floors.

The breakfast offered many choices, including hot and cold items. Tables were cleared quickly. The restaurant provides room service with an almost immediate response time (very convenient!).

an okay experience OVERALL
convenient location train station cathedral dusty floor room cleaning proper vacuum
The location was really convenient. It was easy to walk to the train station and the cathedral. The proximity to the river area MADE it a beautiful walk. Breakfast included a good selection.
THE room was not properly cleaned. Upon arrival, the floor looked dusty. I developed a rash after the first night. Even when we requested a room cleaning, it was not properly vacuumed.

mediocre stay, certain issues require attention
ineffective air conditioning impolite check-in
the breakfast BUFFET had a very good variety of items.
the air conditioning was not effective, resulting in an uncomfortably HOT room. the check-in service felt impolite. i also found the hotel lacked a general sense of friendliness from staff.

an adequate stay
comfortable bed nice shower hygiene problem elevator problem
the room had a decent size with a nice shower. the beds felt very comfortable.. breakfast included a huge assortment of various items, all tasty.
the hotel was possibly the most below-average hotel i have ever stayed in. from check-in to check-out, every station seemed understaffed.
