The breakfast was really good, i enjoyed the variety. my room was spacious and clean. the hotel's location was convenient. There were many restaurants nearby.
The tv remote never worked, and the staff couldn't fix it. none of the usb-a slots in the room were functional. They seemed purely decorative. the soundproofing was poor. I could hear neighbors.

the staff were friendly and always available at reception. breakfast offered great options for vegans and vegetarians. the room was nice, the bed felt very comfortable and the bathroom had good dimensions (it had a great size).
i found that the climate control system was not effective. with the facade being all glass, the room temperature was higher than desired. i had to open the window to get some ventilation.

breakfast included diverse choices, well-marked for various dietary needs like vegans. the cheeses and breads were notable (especially the marble cake!). coffee could be better, but overall the selection was very appealing.

the location offered convenient access to transportation and many restaurants. the hotel's central position provided easy reach to supermarkets and other amenities. i appreciated being close to various facilities.

the family room was spacious. the water pressure in the shower was strong! staff were friendly and helpful .
the pillows weren't comfortable. this impacted the quality of my sleep . the hotel should consider pillow options .
