I adored the location. It was a short stroll from the station. This made arrival simple with all our luggage. The proximity to the Cathedral and Christmas markets in December was heavenly. Interconnecting rooms provided the space we needed, and the beds were supremely comfy.

The check-in felt a little slow. One receptionist took a long time. A sewage smell lingered in the stairwell near our first-floor room. I mentioned the odor, but it was not acknowledged.

The location was convenient. I was near the train station and the city center. The staff was helpful . Check-in and check-out were easy to manage.

There was a sewage smell in the stairwell. It also affected the first floor where my room was. The bar was closed completely (it was a shame). I did not see this information on the website.

The location was convenient to the train station. I enjoyed the proximity to the cathedral. A smart but relaxed feeling was noticeable throughout. The room was lovely and quiet.

Our room was hideously cold during December. I complained about the temperature three times. All I got was a cheap space heater, hardly adequate, and the room radiated cold from the open-air parking level below.
