the staff was friendly. this aspect met my expectations.

it began early each morning making it difficult to rest. additionally, the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm, and i could not close the windows because of this.

The room lacked air conditioning, . It wasn't exactly a gentle wake-up call. it seems the building work is quite close and soundproofing isn't great. i hoped for a quieter stay! though the location was perfect.

Excellent Location and Clean Room

central location kind staff

The hotel is near the main church and the central train station. I found the staff to be very kind. The room had basic features and good desk space, very suitable for work. Complimentary water was provided in the room and coffee and tea were available next to reception.

There was building work in front of the hotel. It started every morning at 7:00 AM. I think the hotel should mention this when guests check in. The noise was somewhat intrusive.

The reception staff was very helpful answering my questions. Staff members were patient, providing assistance with the coffee machine and directions to the correct elevator. I found this assistance to be very useful.

The room was spacious for Europe and clean. It featured a modern style with just shelves, and no wardrobe. A comfortable mattress was present. I had no problems with the room itself.

the location was superb. i booked a double room dom view, and seeing the cathedral each morning made my day ( a amazing sight!). the free coffee in the lobby was a sweet touch and the staff was very kind.

the location was excellent, placing me right next to the cathedral. i found several restaurants nearby, offering many choices for dinner. i especially liked that the hotel was close to the train station. the gift shop next door was a great bonus. the staff was very friendly.

the wooden floor in my room had some scuff marks, detracting slightly from the otherwise well kept space.

The location felt perfect. It was easy to reach from the train station, and the city center was within a short walk. i found the room spotlessly clean, large, and very spacious! the bathroom had a lovely shower, which i really appreciated after a long day of exploring. i loved that the room had a wonderful view of the cathedral too.

The building work started early near my room. It wasn't ideal, but that's not the hotel's fault. however, the noise bothered me a bit.
