friendly staff asian touch

The bar staff are friendly and create a good atmosphere, which I liked. I had access to the spa and swimming facilities, they are on the 9th floor. The breakfast selection was good and included a nice Asian touch, such as miso soup.

The air conditioning system was not working properly. The unit in my room was locked at 23.5°C. The room was uncomfortably warm . A fan was offered as immediate assistance could not be provided.

The location is just outside the city center. It is easy walking distance from many attractions. It is located in Little Tokyo area. This makes it convenient if you enjoy Asian cuisine, with excellent restaurants nearby.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and informative. Housekeeping was able to find my wife a kettle as she does not drink coffee. It was a nice touch.

The hotel provides a separate drive-in entrance. This adds convenience. Many rooms are large for a city center hotel. I observed modern bathrooms and a comfy bed. I appreciated the staff's big smile at checkout. They were very friendly.

The operation of the elevators seemed a little complicated.

friendly staff clean room good food

the staff was very friendly. my room was clean and the bed felt great. the shower worked well and the room had everything i needed for my stay. the food was good and they catered to my needs (i have some dietary restrictions).

i found that the air conditioning wasn't working as well as i would have liked. the room felt a little too warm, even after adjusting the thermostat. i mentioned it to the front desk, but they were not able to fix it .

the check-in process was quick (i arrived early!) and the staff greeted me with a smile. the hotel's central location made it simple to access attractions via train and taxi. my room had modern amenities with comfortable beds. i found the rooftop pool and sauna offer views with a relaxing atmosphere.

I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway. Otherwise the hotel was super clean.
