i was really thankful for my room. my double room included a big television and a modern bathroom. the bed was very large. the room had tea and coffee making facilities.

polite staff decent room clean hotel
The staff were especially polite and attentive. My room was a decent size and i found some thoughtful touches. The hotel was lovely and clean i cannot fault that at all.
i had to ask for water at the pool reception and think a system for self-service would be better.

slow service added bread
The dinner service was slow. The waitress admitted our order was lost. Bread arrived late AND was added to the bill. My ribeye steak lacked béarnaise sauce. I PAID extra for chips. It seemed the staff wanted to finish service as fast as POSSIBLE.

the staff are friendly and supportive. my room was on point, with amazing facilities!!! dinner and breakfast service were fantastic. i recommend this hotel for a short or long break.
i noticed scaffolding at the back of the hotel.

friendly staff professional staff relaxing atmosphere cute bar
the staff at this hotel were very friendly. they were professional and very helpful. i found it quiet and relaxing . the bar area seemed cute to me.
the pillows had a slight smell i think maybe they were not changed recently
