the air conditioning did not work for heating and it was quite cold. i called the reception for assistance , but they ignored my calls. it felt very unprofessional. breakfast was chaotic and overcrowded , there was barely space to sit or get food , leaving me disappointed.

The location was superb, close to the train station, a huge advantage. Breakfast offered a large selection and everything tasted delicious. I had a cozy room and found the bathroom especially nice. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions.

The carpet in the room had some small stains.

My Standard Queen Room provided adequate space and essential amenities. The bathroom included modern fixtures with excellent water pressure. I found the bed comfortable and I slept soundly each night I stayed at the hotel.

the breakfast had a good variety. the staff were friendly and helpful. my room had excellent connections to public transport and included an iron.

the pricing has become outrageous. the room price has doubled in a year. garage price increased by nearly 50%. it used to be a great option, now it's poor value for money.
