I found the room quite clean upon arrival. the breakfast offered a wide selection. I especially appreciated the fresh pastries (they were delicious!). the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations.

the gym was a bit smaller than expected.

the standard double room included a firm mattress and extra pillows in the closet. a spacious shower stall with good water pressure was a plus, as well as blackout curtains. fiolet lighting offered a good touch.

the hotel features a mini-shop near the reception selling drinks and snacks around the clock. there is a tram stop located close to the hotel, providing quick transport. lanxess arena is a short tram ride away.
