chipped paintwork uncomfortable mattress

the location was convenient and easy to access.

the room decor was outdated and worn. paint was chipped in several areas. the mattress was uncomfortable. i felt the springs digging into me throughout the night. it needs replacement to improve guest comfort.

welsh charm

helpful staff vegan breakfast central location

the staff were very helpful and friendly they gave recommendations for places to visit in the area and did all they could to assist with any requests i had the hotel was able to provide a vegan breakfast upon request and ensured it was ready for 8am to allow us to go to parkrun the location is central with restaurants shops and the lake all nearby

the rooms are outdated every single spring was thoroughly sticking out on all four beds the pillows were wafer thin and the shower trickled out

the team provided helpful advice and recommendations for local attractions they were also very responsive to all questions and requests made prior to arrival the staff are genuinely cute and make you feel at home.

central location friendly staff convenient parking serviced room

the hotel has a good central location with restaurants and shops nearby the lake is a short walk i found the staff helpful and friendly especially with local recommendations parking at the rear was convenient. i appreciated that my room was serviced daily despite my short stay. the bar offered a pleasant atmosphere with locals and passing trade.

the room flooring was a bit noisy i could hear sounds whenever someone walked past my room which was a minor inconvenience.

the double room included ample storage with sufficient furniture it had good space the bed was comfortable and allowed me to rest well after a long journey exploring local sights. room service was prompt and efficient.

the staff provided amazing service. they were polite, helpful, and friendly . breakfast offered a tasty and relaxed atmosphere with varied options. the bar had a pleasant atmosphere, shared with locals and travelers.

The room included an uncomfortable bed. I was like i had slept on park benches. i believe a bit more effort into the comfort of the rooms is needed.
