The location was WONDERFUL. Street parking was available, and it was only a short walk to the town center. Breakfast included fresh fruit and a full english breakfast. The staff REALLY cared for my son who has learning difficulties.

The hotel felt a bit dated. It had a musty smell. Sheets looked dirty, BUT Jonathan changed them quickly. There was only one plug, and the bed was noisy and uncomfortable.

the location was excellent it was next to the tram station. the room was spotlessly clean everything was in excellent condition. jonathan went out of his way to make sure my daughter had her favourite cereal for breakfast. the host is very friendly he is also helpful

the parking is on a busy street it is not at the actual hotel. the guy reluctantly offered to move his car so i could park there but he had an attitude. the toilet roll was cheap the margarine was not butter.

the owner was friendly and accommodating. the location was near the seafront. the hotel was beautiful and very clean. my room had lovely views.

The parking is on a busy street. It is not at the actual hotel.

The location was superb. It was not far from the seafront. it was also at the foot of the great orme. i loved the fine views. the street parking is free in this area.
