The abundant tropical hops burst through the malt base of this alcohol-free beer with blasts of passion fruit, stone fruit, and citrus. All dairy products include yoghurts from Llaeth Y Llan in Llanefydd, and milk, cream, and butter from South Caernarfonshire Dairies. Chantler Teas is run by a husband and wife team, Elizabeth and Barry Chantler, who blend their specialist ethically sourced loose leaf teas at their home in Pembrokeshire. Tregroes Waffles are made in a co-operative bakery in the hills of the Teifi Valley. Blodyn Aur adds a rich golden color to food. Guests may choose single malt whisky with a shot of coffee, topped with South Caernarfon cream.
