easy access excellent food quality good ambiance
the room had an easy access to the car park. i find the food of a excellent quality. the dining area had an good ambiance.

lovely breakfast free parking helpful staff chilly room lumpy bed missing recognition
the breakfast had a lovely selection. parking was free and convenient. i appreciated that the staff were very helpful. the surroundings presented as smart.
the room felt chilly given the weather. i felt springs through the sheets. the bed felt very lumpy. dinner lacked recognition of a special occasion.

awesome hotel experience!
cute staff clean room separate shower
the staff were super cute on arrival. the room had everything i needed and was clean too. i especially enjoyed the lovely bath and separate shower.

Decent Stay, Minor Issues
lack of shelving cold coffee
The room was clean, which met my basic expectations.
I encountered a couple of problems. The bathroom lacked adequate shelving. I had to keep my toiletries on the floor. breakfast felt overpriced given the limited choices. COLD coffee was served without any offer of a refill.

Underwhelming Stay with Issues
The greeting at check-in was friendly, acceptable.
The breakfast was disappointing. I paid Twelve British Pounds for a 'full English' breakfast. The poached eggs were cold and I did not receive any potato tots, cold beans, or cold toast. They charged for coffees despite not charging for the inedible food.

peeling paint carpet stain
The food was good and the location was perfect.
The room was too warm even with the fan running. There was peeling paint in the bathroom and stains on the carpet. I found it quite annoying.
