the hotel is in a great location on gran via. the breakfast selection was available until 2pm, and it was perfect for a relaxed morning. the staff was warm and helpful.

the ac was not effective. it was warm inside the room.

The rooftop terrace provided fine city views. It was the perfect spot to unwind in the evening. I also found the room size to be good, and the linens felt high quality. Snacks upon check-in were a nice touch.

faulty ac privacy invasion

the air conditioning barely functioned. someone actually opened the toilet while i was inside, a shocking invasion of privacy. a protest occurred right outside, yet no one at the reception bothered to inform me, so sleep was nearly impossible. i really didn't expect so many problems..

i found the location very convenient for exploring major attractions with many within walking distance i appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being central the rooftop bar was nice

central location enjoyable terrace breakfast setup

The location was central. i found the rooftop terrace particularly enjoyable. It provided a nice space to unwind. the breakfast setup was good. I liked that i could order what i wanted, and it felt more personal, though the rooftop bar was closed!
