excellent central location

comfortable bed great shower quiet place

the hotel is close to gran via and the city centre. i found the staff very nice. the air conditioning in the room worked well and the shower was great. the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided a perfect, central, and quiet place.

the room was comfortable enough, but i noticed the pillows were of poor quality. there were only three pillows provided in our double room.

The breakfast service runs efficiently and politely. the staff maintains the tables constantly. the selection included fresh pastries and fruits, presenting diverse options for various dietary preferences. I found it all quite satisfying.

fantastic location and good stay!

central location clean rooms fresh items

The location was unbeatable. I found myself steps away from major attractions. the rooms had great cleanliness, a thing i value. breakfast offered a satisfying start. I especially liked the variety of fresh items available.

The elevator was a bit slow at peak times. This was the only minor inconvenience i experienced.

the location IS great. I could easily walk to many attractions. the room was clean AND well-kept. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.

the room was a bit small for my liking. the air conditioning unit made some NOISE. the bathroom lacked good ventilation.
