the hotel is close to gran via and the city centre. i found the staff very nice. the air conditioning in the room worked well and the shower was great. the beds were comfortable. the hotel provided a perfect, central, and quiet place.

the room was comfortable enough, but i noticed the pillows were of poor quality. there were only three pillows provided in our double room.

The location was unbeatable. I found myself steps away from major attractions. the rooms had great cleanliness, a thing i value. breakfast offered a satisfying start. I especially liked the variety of fresh items available.

This was the only minor inconvenience i experienced.

the location IS great. I could easily walk to many attractions. the room was clean AND well-kept. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options.

the room was a bit small for my liking. the air conditioning unit made some NOISE. the bathroom lacked good ventilation.
