wonderful chalet stay

I was greeted and allocated our chalet. It made a good first impression. the grounds are maintained and decorated. the breakfast buffet had a good display of choices. the view while enjoying breakfast was amazing, it really set the tone for a great day.

My cabin could have had a better clean. There were cup marks on the table.

The hotel was a delight. The staff were always ready to assist. i appreciated the modern gym and the fantastic spa. the location was perfect, placing me near multiple beaches and an enchanting waterfall.

the bar closed a bit early, making it difficult to have a late drink.

The pool was lovely and it accommodates children, a significant benefit for families. The gym had good equipment for those wanting to exercise. The restaurant provides tasty food, with an excellent array of cocktails. Staff members were polite and helpful, especially when dealing with requests.

The location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.

The lodge was not as clean as I expected. I found cobwebs and dirt in several areas (perhaps they need to pay more attention to detail). The hot tub lacked privacy as it was near a public path. I would have appreciated better screening.
