non-functional jets exposed screw heads
The hydrotherapy pool had some jets not working. The water was also tepid. The sauna seating had exposed screw heads causing a burn.

The staff were friendly and helpful. i liked the food in the restaurant. The selection was nice. my room was very clean and provided a calming atmosphere.

the hotel was very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. i had a lovely evening meal there.
i felt the bathroom needed some work. there was dirt around the toilet. i also noticed mould around the shower.

ample parking quick staff amazing afternoon tea
The large hotel is easy to find with ample parking. The staff quickly prepared the room for three. The afternoon tea was AMAZING!!!
I found the lack of air conditioning slightly uncomfortable.

beautiful grounds breakfast variety excellent spa
The grounds were beautiful. I spent time walking around them. the breakfast had a great variety. There was plenty to choose from. the spa facilities were excellent, offering good relaxation.
The room lacked some natural light. It felt a bit dim
