low water pressure broken trash bin

the location was great and the staff were helpful when i asked (i mean, eventually).

I had some issues with the room. the shower had almost no water pressure, it was barely a trickle. Rinsing shampoo from my hair was a challenge. also, the kitchen trash bin was broken. The door fell off when i opened it (i almost dropped my croissant!).

fantastic central stay

speedy responses central location super clean cleanliness

I really appreciated the speedy responses i received to my messages before arrival. the location proved central and convenient, perfect for shopping and restaurants. the cleanliness was very notable. Everything was super clean and well-kept , which i found very reassuring.

The bed was not very comfortable. I could feel the springs. it was quite hard, which did impact my sleep quality . i suggest considering upgrading the mattresses for enhanced guest satisfaction.

detached door inadequate maintenance

the location was acceptable as a base for exploration.

The room i was assigned was not adequately maintained. the wardrobe door in the kitchen, where the rubbish bin was located, was detached. The bin itself was screwed to the door. upon opening it, the door fell onto my leg, causing an injury.. i informed reception, and it was fixed quickly.
