Hotel Infanta Isabel has exterior rooms up to 20 m2 with classic decor, equipped with two beds or a double bed. Rooms include a bathroom with shower. Some rooms have a balcony with views of the Plaza Mayor. Capsules coffee machines are provided. The 30 m2 rooms have three balconies overlooking the Plaza Mayor, the Cathedral, and the main pedestrian street, with a choice of a double bed or twin beds. Family Rooms are 35 m2, accommodating up to 4 people (availability for 5 people must be checked). Family rooms include a double bed of 1.80m and a bunk bed. For quiet, rooms with two beds are available overlooking the building's interior. The 35m2 suite features a living area, a bathroom with a double shower, a double hydromassage bath, and a separate toilet. This suite overlooks the Plaza Mayor and the mountains.

The hotel restaurant specializes in Segovian cuisine, such as suckling pig. The hotel has a restaurant for a buffet breakfast and Casares restaurant. Casares restaurant serves cuisine with traditional dishes. There was a buffet of eggs and bacon, cold meats and cheeses, fruit and juices, plus coffee made to order behind the bar in the past.

The hotel is close to the Alcázar (a fortress on a hill at the confluence of the Eresma and Clamores rivers) and the Segovia city walls (surrounding the Old Town for more than 3 kilometres).
