wide range comfortable bed friendly staff
the breakfast offered a very wide range of choices. i found the bed to be large and comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.
The bathroom lights were somewhat weak for shaving. Visibility was slightly compromised.

amazing views and great service!
attentive staff excellent views breakfast experience
The staff was very attentive. I got many tips for my spain trip. rooms offer excellent views, and a shopping complex is very close behind the hotel. breakfast at the top floor allowed me to dominate the skyline.
The gym needs to be updated. The equipment looks worn out. i expected better facilities given the hotel's reputation.

The hotel spa was cool. i used the relaxation area and found it quite enjoyable. The steam room was a good size. the pool area had ample seating. I easily found a spot to relax.

The location was very convenient. It's close to the airport. a complex of restaurants is located right behind the hotel. this made dining options very accessible, so i didn't have to travel far.

shopping center blackout shades great shower
the location features a shopping center nearby with good restaurant options. my room included nice blackout shades. the shower was great, it was the best shower i have ever used (i really enjoyed it!).
the hotel didn't refill the minibar.

Excellent Stay Above the City
wide range helpful staff economical way convenient proximity
I found the breakfast really good, with a wide range of choices including fresh juices and pastries. The staff at the front desk were helpful . Roberta assisted me with travel queries, suggesting economical ways to travel between locations. The hotel has convenient proximity to shops and restaurants.
The lighting in the bathroom was a bit weak for shaving. I found it difficult to see clearly (a minor inconvenience, really).

The rooms were clean (always a priority for me) and large. The beds provided great comfort. I especially liked the ample space available, which enhanced the overall experience.

underwhelming experience
faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff
The location was convenient. Though the room itself had issues. the air conditioning barely worked and made strange noises all night. also, i found the staff at the front desk to be quite unhelpful when i tried to address these problems. i left feeling as though my concerns were dismissed, disappointing.

mixed experience , some issues noted
dirty water slow service
the breakfast was acceptable.
i checked into the hotel. the water was dirty with chunks of things floating in the bath. i called the front desk and was told someone would be up immediately. it took 45 minutes before i went down to the lobby to follow up.

Acceptable, but Several Issues
dirty water slow service
The hotel was conveniently located for my meetings.
The water in my bathtub had chunks floating in it. I was told it was due to the water being turned off. Appetizers took 70 minutes to arrive at the lobby restaurant. The server was rude and the food wasn't prepared as ordered. A stain was also discovered on the bedsheet.
