the location was great. it was walking distance to plaza mayor. the rooftop area had a small pool resembling a jacuzzi. i got some sun there. the desk service was helpful.
i noticed a slight lack of soundproofing. sounds carried from adjacent rooms and into the hallway. it was a minor disruption.

The location was excellent. I found a metro station just a short walk away. the room had air conditioning maintaining a comfortable temperature (a welcome relief). the rooftop jacuzzi pool was a great amenity to unwind after a long day. the staff were helpful and pleasant .
i noticed some noise from the lobby occasionally late at night.

Decent stay with some minor issues

The location was advantageous with a metro station nearby. The room was clean and of a good size. Air conditioning maintained a comfortable temperature in the room. The breakfast was quite good.
The staff was not very helpful with requests such as water. I found that there was a lot of noise from the lobby at all hours. Light from the lobby also came into the room because of a gap under the door.
