A decent hotel with some issues

The staff was helpful and kind, answering all questions quickly. The location is central. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. The room was very clean and housekeeping was efficient.
My room faced an inner courtyard, and the view was just a wall. The coffee and tea in the room had an extra charge. This i found surprising considering the nightly rate. The breakfast selection seemed quite limited.

i stayed in a preferential room. i was greeted with fresh fruit upon arrival. the gym had sufficient equipment for a good workout. the staff was helpful in arranging transportation.

The room was a Premium Room. It featured a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. I found the concierge service responsive. The concierge helped me discover several local restaurants. The breakfast included a superb egg and potato tortilla.
The coffee and tea in the room were not complimentary.
