amazing room four poster needed cleaning secondary glazing

I liked that the room was amazing. I also loved the four poster bed that was there. The staff where nice and friendly, so everything was great.

The room needed cleaning, I think. IT was also very noisy because of traffic. I think there were problems with lack of secondary glazing.

The staff was friendly. That's a PLUS.

I felt let down. The carpet on the staircase needed cleaning. It was quite dirty. The bedroom furniture looked shabby. i think the owners need to provide some TLC.

The bar had a cute atmosphere and helpful staff. Our room included a four poster bed. Breakfast was great, I would certainly visit again.

The shower was always cold or lukewarm. We were on the first floor facing the building front. Traffic was quite loud and I didn't sleep well.

weak shower missing blind

the breakfast was okay i guess, it did the job.

the shower was a joke, it had no power at all. i mean seriously, it was more like a gentle mist than a shower. also, the room had a window right above the bed and there was no blind. i was awake at sunrise. it was not what i expected.

noisy road stained mattress

The noise from the road was awful. the room shook constantly. the condition of the mattress was unacceptable. It was full of holes and stained. the double bed was just two single beds pushed together, with one side higher than the other. i am frustrated that no one has responded to my calls or complaints.
