I appreciated the convenient location close to the train station and the prado museum. This made exploring easy. breakfast offered a beautiful view with a leafy street visible from the dining area. the staff assisted with printing tickets, which saved me time. the hotel's cleanliness also stood out to me.
The gym was quite small. More equipment would enhance the fitness experience.

the noise from outside was a BIG problem. i could hear everything as IF the windows were open. it was difficult to sleep.
