Decent Stay with Some Shortcomings

The food quality in the restaurant was not up to par. The buffet lacked variety. The dishes were often lukewarm. The restaurant staff seemed indifferent and rarely smiled or acknowledged guests.

a july retreat
friendly staffbeautiful pooleasy accessmissing ramp
during my stay, i noticed the friendly staff. the pool area looked beautiful, granting easy access to the lake. swapping the half-board evening meal for lunch at the grill restaurant by the pool was helpful.
the hotel lacked ramps at the entrance. it made wheeling my suitcase up the stairs difficult. there wasnt a porter available to help with luggage.
