the breakfast offered a wide selection of food. i found the coffee awesome. the pool and pool bar were great. it was so convenient being right next to the lake and lido.
the room was relatively clean, but could have used a bit more attention to detail, i noticed some dust in corners.

the hotel location was great. it was easy to walk to the lake and town. the pool area included available loungers. i found being so close to everything a benefit.
the dining room was not very nice. it felt more like a canteen than a restaurant. the beige room had plastic tablecloths i did not like. the room lacked a view.

I found the hotel very clean. The pool was spacious and I always found a sunbed. The rooms were cleaned well and the bathroom was stocked with toiletries.
The food was adequate, but a little uninspired. I thought the breakfast was a bit boring. I also found the restaurant staff not so friendly.

Breakfast WAS great. I appreciated the variety offered. The hotel location is close to Bardolino town, a short walk. The pool was relaxing with sunbeds available.
The decor in some areas was little tired, though clean and well-kept.

The staff was FRIENDLY and helpful when needed, i appreciated that. The breakfast service provided wide variety of foods. They helped me find the right bus to get to the airport on the last day.

during my stay, i noticed the friendly staff. the pool area looked beautiful, granting easy access to the lake. swapping the half-board evening meal for lunch at the grill restaurant by the pool was helpful.
the hotel lacked ramps at the entrance. it made wheeling my suitcase up the stairs difficult. there wasnt a porter available to help with luggage.
