The rooftop terrace was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the attentiveness of the staff. The room was always super clean. The location is convenient. It makes walking to the main attractions very easy. I also found high-end amenities in the bathroom, very nice.

I found that the gym equipment needs some updating.

perfect central stay!

i was thrilled with the hotel's location it is central. there is a church across the street from my room i even saw a wedding. the front desk staff was really helpful and recommended a great restaurant.

i asked for a kettle but tea bags couldn't be found easily i was waiting a while. an event in the main bar made it difficult to get a drink there that night.

I walked to the Arena and Juliet's House easily from this hotel! Shopping was also close. Carrying bags back was only a short 15-minute walk. The room had a nice wooden floor and good reading material. The lobby bar looked amazing. The staff were pleasant and helpful. This.

The television size seemed a bit small compared to the overall facilities. It could definitely use an upgrade.

a decent stay in a historic place

the location proved excellent for exploring the surrounding area. i also found the staff very friendly, made for a cute atmosphere. they were always available when i required assistance.

my room did not include coffee making facilities, and it was a little inconvenient. i also noticed the obsessive clearing of the breakfast table, which disrupted my meal. plates were removed very quickly.
