The breakfast included a lot of options and was satisfactory (I especially liked the pastries).
The shuttle bus was not reliable. I waited for the bus, but it departed early. I had to walk uphill in very hot weather.

Underwhelming stay overall
impersonal service unwilling accommodation
The service felt quite impersonal. Staff members seemed indifferent, a fact . One instance really stands out, i requested a late checkout (for a small fee), but the front desk was unwilling to accommodate us, disappointing. This rigidity made it hard to relax and impacted my overall impression negatively.
