fantastic stay in a well-located hotel
friendly staff great food convenient location comfortable bed
the staff were very friendly and helpful and the customer service was fantastic i found the food to be very tasty. the hotel location provided a perfect base for exploring local attractions it was quite convenient. my room was very comfy and tidy the bed was also excellent i slept well. tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room along with bottled water a nice touch.
i did notice a very slight issue the fire alarm went off multiple times during the night it was a minor disturbance.

smart tv clean room tiny sink unwelcoming staff
the room was very clean and well equipped. each bed even had its own 40' smart tv.
The sink in the bathroom was tiny, and water went everywhere. The food wasn't the best for the price. i generally avoided interactions with staff because of this.

poor servicing shower leak
The room lacked daily servicing. Staff did not make beds or replenish towels. Tea and coffee supplies were not refilled. I had to request milk, which then ran out on the final morning, so breakfast was without a hot drink. The shower leaked, requiring the use of all towels to prevent flooding.

modernised rooms yummy food helpful staff decent menu
the recently renovated room 11 was AMAZING!!! breakfast tasted great with a decent menu. the staff was lovely and helpful. they couldn't do more for us.
