The hotel's location made it easy to explore. The staff was very friendly and helpful (they gave us a map with recommendations!). The breakfast offered a great selection and quality.
The room was a bit small for the price paid. The WiFi connectivity was shaky and required frequent re-signing. It was not strong enough to have uninterrupted use.

the location IS undeniably great.
the room was TINY , smaller than i expected based on the pictures , and it felt quite claustrophobic. the shower stall leaked EVERYWHERE , flooding the bathroom floor after each use , so i had to use extra towels to mop it up each time. i reported the issue to the front desk , but the leak was never addressed .

The location was acceptable, very near the amphitheater.
The bed was quite hard. I woke with back pain. The duvet cover felt rough. The staff always spoke to me in English, even though I am fluent in Italian. It felt a bit rude.
